How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and submit your request via the Order Form. This opens WhatsApp with your order details ready to send.

When do you dispatch orders?

All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 working day after payment is received.

What delivery service do you use?

UK delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Shipping cost is £6.99.

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an email from Packlink with delivery information. We also send a parcel photo, tracking number, and the courier tracking website via WhatsApp.

Can I change the delivery date/time?

Royal Mail options may allow you to manage delivery via the courier tracking page (where available).

What if my delivery address is wrong?

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. You are responsible for receiving the parcel at the address provided. If you redirect delivery, it remains your responsibility to collect it on time.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product information before ordering.

What if I miss delivery or don’t collect my parcel?

We are not responsible for failed delivery or missed parcel collection (for example, if the parcel is not accepted from the courier or not collected from the designated location).
